“Studio Mori”, “MORI ASSOCIATI ARCHITETTURA” since 2002, was established in the 1980’s by Architect Spartaco Mori: its professional activity is primarily dedicated to the reclamation and restoration of villas, castles and farmhouses in Tuscany.  The studio interests shifted then to the “world of wine” and it currently operates all over the regions where DOCG wines are produced.
