The Property is located right by the ancient family Villa and has carved out its own private space where one may be in contact with nature.

The old rural facilities, a farmhouse and a barn, have been restored by reclaiming all the existing materials, that were carefully removed, cataloged and then put back in place, recreating the original architectural layout and providing it with new views of the garden and adding technological systems it lacked entirely.

The brightness of the rooms, the use of natural colors and the elegant furnishings are the distinguishing features of the entire project.
